Schedule Notice for Friday Feb 22nd

6am, 9am Classes will perform CrossFit Open WOD 19.1 at Hawthorne

5pm-7pm Code 3 Gardena will host all classes.  Come join us and throw down with our community.  If you are not able to make it Friday to do the WOD then schedule a time with Coach to get it done Saturday, Sunday or Monday!

  • Work up to a heavy single around 90%
  • NO MAX OUTS

A2.  Run 200m

  • run 200m inbetween warm up of the above squat.  Once 90% or heavy single is achieved running should stop!
