Our Programs are focused on developing functional fitness with an emphasis on progressive strength development, mobility and flexibility, conditioning, and life-long fitness. No previous experience is required.
Strength & Conditioning
Bootcamp is a fast-paced 45 minute conditioning class that will get you stronger, lighter, and healthier. Bootcamp features many of the same exercises and techniques used in our S&C Program with a heavier emphasis on endurance and cardiovascular training. No barbells or heavy lifting here. Expect fast results in a fun group atmosphere. Our Bootcamp classes are open to ALL fitness levels, especially beginners.

Our USAW Club was formed in 2012 and since then, has become proven in producing athletes well-versed in technique and strength. Our competition team is comprised of lifters of all ages and ability levels, and regularly competes in local, national, and international competitions in the Youth, Senior, and Master’s age divisions. Master the snatch and clean & jerk in our exclusive weightlifting training area, fully equipped with platforms, specialty barbells, blocks and more.
Develop raw, untamed strength. Our Powerlifting Program will guide you to the next level in your squat, bench, and deadlift training. Master the basics, learn the most effective accessory exercises, and dial in your technique with powerlifting specific barbells and equipment from Rogue Fitness. Our Team regularly trains and competes in the SoCal area and around the US.
Our Open Gym has become a popular option for athletes looking to pursue their own training programs, such as gymnastics and endurance training, as well as our regular members looking to work on specific issues or goals in addition to or outside of the classes.
