Our Programs are focused on developing functional fitness with an emphasis on progressive strength development, mobility and flexibility, conditioning, and life-long fitness. No previous experience is required.

Group Training

Our Group Training classes have changed the lives of hundreds of people over the past decade, combining proven principles of strength & conditioning, functional fitness and HIIT into an effective, efficient one-hour program. We utilize a blend of functional strength training exercises, using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight to get you stronger and more resilient. You’ll perform high intensity interval circuit training that will enhance your cardiorespiratory health and increase metabolic conditioning. Our classes have scaling options for ALL ability levels and provide different levels of difficulty guaranteed to challenge the entire spectrum, from fitness beginners to advanced athletes. Get stronger, more fit, and most importantly, have fun!

Olympic Weightlifting

Our USAW Club was formed in 2012 and since then, has become proven in producing athletes well-versed in technique and strength. Our competition team is comprised of lifters of all ages and ability levels, and regularly competes in local, national, and international competitions in the Youth, Senior, and Master’s age divisions. Master the snatch and clean & jerk in our exclusive weightlifting training area, fully equipped with platforms, specialty barbells, blocks and more.

Our Open Gym has become a popular option for athletes looking to pursue their own training programs, such as gymnastics and endurance training, as well as our regular members looking to work on specific issues or goals in addition to or outside of the classes.
