Programs

Our Programs are focused on developing functional fitness with an emphasis on progressive strength development, mobility and flexibility, conditioning, and life-long fitness. No previous experience is required.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning Program is the mainstay of our gym and our most popular class. Over the last decade, we’ve changed the lives of hundreds of people, using the tried-and-true principles of this program. S&C focuses on developing functional fitness with an emphasis on progressive strength development, mobility/flexibility, and high-intensity conditioning. You will learn to master the basics of old-school barbell training: the squat, deadlift, press; Olympic lifts and more; functional free weight and bodyweight exercises; and high-intensity conditioning with top-of-the-line equipment.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a fast-paced 45 minute conditioning class that will get you stronger, lighter, and healthier. Bootcamp features many of the same exercises and techniques used in our S&C Program with a heavier emphasis on endurance and cardiovascular training. No barbells or heavy lifting here. Expect fast results in a fun group atmosphere. Our Bootcamp classes are open to ALL fitness levels, especially beginners.

Note: Our Bootcamp class is only available at our Los Angeles location.

Olympic Weightlifting

The two movements of Olympic Weightlifting are the snatch and clean & jerk. These two lifts are notoriously difficult to perfect, and many weightlifters spend their entire careers perfecting their lifts. A good weightlifting program is systemic in its approach, gradually increasing load and building technique on a weekly basis until maximal effort can be achieved. Our Olympic Weightlifting Program is geared towards athletes of all ages and all skill levels, and you will become more explosive, stronger, flexible, confident, and faster.

Powerlifting

A Powerlifting Program should be focused on getting you as strong as possible when doing a 1 rep max squat, bench press, and deadlift; and every component of your programming should serve a purpose towards that goal. Code 3’s Powerlifting Program brings together the elements of technique development, nutrition, rest and recovery, physical therapy (such as muscle release & mobility) within the context of strategic training cycles focused on these goals. Our results are proven by the number of our athletes who regularly compete at state and national USPL competitions.

Open Gym

We provide you with the facility and the equipment to do your training. You provide your programming, coaching, and motivation.

Our Open Gym has become a popular option for athletes looking to pursue their own training programs, such as gymnastics and endurance training, as well as our regular members looking to work on specific issues or goals in addition to or outside of the classes.

Personal Training

Your health, fitness, and wellness matter. Personal Training offers a more personalized and customized training experience for members.
